This panel discussion highlighted how research activities contribute to better understanding the school environments within challenging crisis and conflict contexts. Presentations addressed four unique crisis/conflict environments: Refugee Settings, Somalia, El Salvador and Liberia. Moving forward, ECCN anticipates the continued evolution of the Safer Learning Environments qualitative analysis tool. Look for the next version of this tool later this year as well as feedback from a second round of piloting.
