Mapping Safe Learning Environments

Safer Learning Environments (SLE)  is one of ECCN’s priority areas—dedicated to addressing education in conflict and crisis environments as a function of providing security, services, infrastructure, and stability, where the absence of such fundamental requirements will prevent effective learning. Outputs in this priority area include providing access to safe spaces, physical infrastructure, and basic education services, primarily to children and youth.

ECCN is conducted an SLE training with USAID staff and implementing partners in December 2017. Materials related to this training appear below.
